I was offered a ticket to go to the Canadian show but I gladly said no thanks seeing as 95% of it would be and was total shit. And seeing clips of the Philadelphia show was like watching BET...also major crap London was the place to be that's for sure.

Frankly I was really disappointed with the Tragically Hips's performance - I've seen them dozens of times and Live8 was THE WORST I'VE EVER SEEN!!! Too bad cause they can be amazing.
And where was The Arcade Fire and Broken Social Scene???

I don't normally like Dido

Also, I've changed my mind to Babyshambles at Glastonbury. Sure it wasn't even at Live8, but damn, it rocked (just downloaded the video). Best act of Live8!
