funny, I took this as anti-bush
Broken bottles under children's feet Bodies strewn across the dead end street But I won't heed the battle call It puts my back up Puts my back up against the wall Sunday, Bloody Sunday Sunday, Bloody Sunday Sunday, Bloody Sunday And the battle's just begun There's many lost, but tell me who has won The trench is dug within our hearts And mothers, children, brothers, sisters Torn apart These lines coming out of Bush's mouth are just chilling.... |

I agree-the style of the song itself is funny, but it is disturbing

I love that Bono works so hard for AIDS and debt relief in Africa and that he has to get along with ALL the politicians but damn I'd love to see him bug the hell out of W like he did to Bush Sr. lol

That is disturbing.
It sounds more like something Kerry should sing about Bush. I mean, come on... "But I won't heed the battle call It puts my back up, puts my back up against the wall." "There's many lost, but tell me who has won?" "We eat and drink while tomorrow they die." SBS is an awesome song, but there are lines in there that people are going to interpret as wrong for Bush to say. But oh well, I think it's funny too! I kind of wished he would have done more than say it, I wanted him to sing it!!! |

When and where did he recite the song?
I like the little tooting horn towards the end. |
