the video i think you're referring to is "criminal" off her first album, tidal. it was out in like 98 i think?

yes, and what's funny is my sister-in-law works for the ceo of sony.

she says she fields "free fiona" calls all day long sometimes, but she didn't actually understand what they were about until i told her.

whatever happened to fiona? she made a brilliant new album, and sony tied up her contract so that it cannot be released. it was available for downloading all over the internet not too long ago, might still be, in some places.

the title track "extraordinary machine" is one of the most incredible songs i've ever heard. seriously, if you haven't heard it, do yourself a favor and find it.

I blame... er... credit my fiona fixation to beegee. Before her I would never have thought to buy any of fiona's albums. Now I must have everything.

just popped back into the hotel room to take a breather. i hate conferences. i have a pretty badge that says, "MK" on it. I'm sure they put that. It says "Mary-Kathleen" under it though.
