I don't see how B&C'rs can think that Long, Long, Long and I Will are better than Rocky!!!

Come on Rocky boy!

I'd ditch Martha My Dear before Rocky and Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da, two songs I really like.

Why is nobody voting for I Will? It's a boring McCartney track compared to the rest.

I love Piggies and it's gone. I love Martha My Dear and it's already getting votes. I think only the serious Lennon stuff will remain at the end. All the fun McCartney stuff will disappear. That's my prediction.

Hey, I can't help it if Lennon's songs are... better.

Seriously though, while I'm not a big fan of McCartney, his work got much better on the later albums, the same goes for Harrison.

For the White Album, I would hope that it would come down to Blackbird vs. While My Guitar Gently Weeps. I keep going back and forth on this, I’m leaning towards Guitar only because Harrison needs some representation in the finals.

For Let it Be, the title track to me seems like the clear winner and for Abbey Road, I wouldn’t be surprised if Here Comes The Sun wins.

So that would make the winners from each round:

Twist And Shout - Lennon
All My Loving - McCartney
A Hard Day's Night - Lennon
Yesterday - McCartney
In My Life - Lennon
Eleanor Rigby - McCartney
A Day In The Life - Lennon
Strawberry Fields Forever - Lennon
*While My Guitar Gently Weeps - Harrison
*Let It Be - McCartney
*Here Comes The Sun - Harrison

So this makes the totals; 5 for Lennon, 4 for McCartney and 2 for Harrison.

I don’t know if that’s so bad, but then again I am slightly Lennon-biased…

And you can put an asterisk next to Twist And Shout since it's not Lennon's song, although he does the lead vocals.

Very true, I was just going by performance, in fact, how many songs were written by Lennon or McCartney and sung by the other?

Everybody's Got Something To Hide Except For Me And My Monkey (geez! it's longer than a U2 title!) just came up on my itunes beatles shuffle. That guitar is so freakin fun! And not to mention the bass. Too bad the song title sucks. But it probably did get voted off a little too soon... thanks in part to me.

Oh, I didn't realize it was closed. I thought it was still open since a new round hadn't started.

So what's the deal? It's been like two days...

We totally need an impatient-finger tapping smiley of some sort...
