I was a fan years ago and recently have bought To the 5 Boroughs. Admittedly not their best album to date but I kind of like it.

What do you reckon?

The only album of theirs that I own is Licensed to Ill.

But then again, what other BB's album do you really need?

Licensed to Ill is Ok but by no means their best. They've done 5 albums of better stuff since. Honest!

I'm not sure what you're trying to say or insinate here, but I dont think I like it.

Tilli -

I know you're new, so I'll cut you some slack here.... check out the band index at the top of this section of the forum. There are a variety of Beastie Boys threads there, and even threads from last year about 5 Boroughs when it came out.

Anyways, yeah, I love it. Very fun and enjoyable album.

Cheers U2popmofo - I didn't realise there was an index there!

I used to love the Paul Revere song...."here's a little story I got to tell, about three bad brotha's we know so well"

Simma' down, now.... I was referring to my affinity for LTI. Nothing more, nothing less.

Paul's Boutique and Hello, Nasty are better.

Ma Bell's still got the ill communication. :sexywink:

So yeah, I think all their albums have redeeming qualities. And welcome to the board, Tilli! :)
