I recently found this site, rateyourmusic.com. It's the best web site for music lovers and record collectors that I've ever seen. It allows you to enter all the records that you own into a database, rate and/or review them, and then you can see who else has the same records, what they think of them, what else they like, etc. It also has recommendations based on what you like, and a great message board populated with people who know music well.
But I'm definitely in the minority there being a U2 fan, so come on over and check it out and represent for U2 (but only if you are cool- I don't want to make u2 look bad by bringing dumbasses over there).
