I've played this game a bit since it was posted and have managed to improve my score a bit. The only trick or tip I can offer though, is to move the paddle swiftly back and forth when you're waiting for the ball to bounce back down to you. This makes the plane at the bottom seesaw a lot, but it keeps the larger ball bouncing safely at the middle of it, so its less likely to fall.
