There's a traditional Celtic song called 'The Parting Glass', if I'm not mistaken... a contemporary recording of it was right near the end of Waking Ned Divine, I believe. It's a good one.

Also, theres a number of Leonard Cohen songs that probably fit on this list... Halleluiah is one of them, Ain't No Cure For Love is another...
