I just checked the amazon site for Japan, and it seems as though "The Fly" is the extra track.

Also, this album has a release date of October 8, 2002 (more than a whole month before it is released here).

why are they going to hide the fly? It should be a definite track like the others..so cool

I'm not sure if your question has been answered elsewhere, but as far as I have heard... the limited edition Best of is due to come out Nov 4 or 5 while the regular edition comes out a week later on the 12th.
