U2 shoots video in France

PARIS, FRANCE Monday 8.26.2002 /netmusiccountdown.com/ -- Spies all over the world are leaking details about the next U2 video.
The NMC eCharting artists were recently on a beach in France shooting the clip for their forthcoming single "Electrical Storm." On the scene reports said that Bono and drummer Larry Mullen Jr. were both dressed in their finest black, standing around a tub filled with water and a mermaid.
And just so you can get a mental picture, an Irish paper identified the mermaid as 25-year-old actress Samantha Morton. She's no stranger to the water; she co-starred with Tom Cruise and Colin Farrell in Minority Report as a water logged oracle.
