U2 frontman Bono had some fun at the expense of government regulators this weekend. Addressing the crowd at the American Express Concert in Battery Park, the Irishman shouted, "I feel naked up here without a guitar." He thought for a minute and taunted, "If there are any FCC guys out there, I said I feel naked!" Also sharing the stage were the Black Eyed Peas, Macy Gray, Van Morrison and Steve Winwood, all of whom performed.
