Other artists who have given signed memorabilia to the charity for auction include Dave Matthews, Eric Clapton, Kiss, Lenny Kravitz, Melissa Etheridge, Neil Young, and Paul McCartney. Those wishing to bid on the items can do so at the savetheearth.net. The website is now up and will accept bids until 11 p.m. ET on April 23.
The Save The Earth Foundation is a nonprofit corporation that aims to educate the public about environmental concerns. Save The Earth does this by giving out grants to college and university professors who train their students to work on projects that would halt, and hopefully reverse, the damage done to the environment.
