Why can't I save pictures to my computer?

Help!

I used to be able to save images by right clicking but now when I do that, it saves the name of the image but WITH NO PICTRURE OF THE IMAGE. It gives me two choices of how I want to save it -as bitmap or art. I have tried both but still no pictures

I don't what happened. I recently moved and my computer has been in storage. I have not used it in awhile, perhaps something happened while it was not in use?

How do I change the settings back to save pictures and even more importantly, how did that setting on my computer change in the first place? I am not computer savvy and do not know what to do.

I would so much appreciate any help my fellow PLEBans and U2 fans can help with.

I'm assuming you're using Internet Explorer? If so, it can do some rather screwy things with your computer. Anyway, try this:

1. Under "Tools", select "Internet Options."

2. Under the heading "Temporary Internet Files", click on the button that says "delete files".

3. Close Internet Explorer, then open it again.

That should sort it out.

It sounds like you're going through the AOL browser? If you are try saving your pics using IE instead.

Neither AOL or IE work for me. I have to use Netscape.
