Hello, U2Utah! Welcome back!

I got those pics from the @u2 website, and Matt said should be in stores in the US soon. I'll send away for one if I can't find it in a store, but I'm gonna give it to Christmas and try to find it. It's already on sale in the UK. Miss Zooropa said she saw it in a store in Dublin that was like a total U2 paradise of all kinds of U2 stuff!

Thanks U2Kitten, the calendar is here! Just picked one up at Sam Goody. Mostly great picks but has a couple of stupid blurry ones from the ATYCLB cover shoot. Honestly, I wish Antjon Corbin would get over that blurry pictures thing of his. Blurry isn't "arty" it's stupid. Of course, that's just my opinion. Based on past experience, others will disagree. Anyway...the good pics make up for the bad ones.

U2utah, about the blurriness thing...I think it's fine for album covers or what have you, but I don't think it's so great for calenders. I mean, how the hell are we supposed to drool over our boys when we can't see their faces? j/k people!

Exactly! Doesn't he know what his pics are gonna be used for! The tour program for the first leg had the same problem. Pictures! We want pictures!

Thanks,U2Utah! I don't have a Sam Goody but I'll try another CD store. I agree, I don't like the blurry black and white shots, I wonder if the guys asked for that because they think it makes them look better, but it doesn't! Is there any way you can post the other pics here? I'll take your word for it that the good ones outweigh the not so good!

Blurry is an Antjon Corbin thing, he's been doing it since he started photographing them. Makes me crazy. I can't think of any reason for a blurry picture of a person. The ATYCLB pics are actually kind of cool small, they're more stylized than blurry, but they look stupid (and blurry) blown up huge for the calender.

I don't have a scanner so I can't post them unless I can find them on the web. Most of them I had seen in magazines or on the web. The "offical pic" thread has the best one's posted already. This one is in the calender as well
