I do hope this bill gets funded. I try not to get too hopeful when I see a historic measure like this until the check gets cashed.

I also agree about the charity, vs commerce thing. Of cousre, it's hard to think about commerce sometimes when you have no food to eat or clean water to drink. For some, unfortunately, it's all about survival until they can reach the next level.
