I know I'm very late with this, but I just wanted to thank you all for this thread, it totally made my day. This is my fave era after right now. I adore it. This is the reason I wrote so many U2 in highschool stories!

Anyway, you know what's really weird? If you hold your finger on the mouse and scroll down slowly and steadily at the same speed for long enough, eventually you stop and it seems like the screen is still moving! It made me kind of queasy....
