NEW YORK (Reuters) - It's always been hard to get into New York City's trendiest nightclubs, but these days even mega-celebrities are being required to strip.

Strip off their fur, that is.

Two of Manhattan's trendiest clubs are publicizing their no-fur entry policies, snagging stars such as hip-hop mogul Sean ``Puff Daddy '' Combs at the door, prompting hope among animal rights activists that venues on the hip circuit sign on.

``Puff Daddy'' was recently denied entrance to Spa until he discarded his politically incorrect trappings, which he did.

But while Combs obeyed the ``No Fur'' plaque at Spa, some of the club's eye-candy clientele, including supermodel Naomi Campbell, have recently thrown hissy fits at the door protesting the policy, said club owner Steve Lewis.

this is funny though, hadn't she done the whole 'i'd rather be naked than wear fur' thing a few years back?!? so the woman is a flake, no surprises there! WoW!! that is the first 'nasty' remark about her I've ever made....must be the hangover!
