Yes, I am complaining.
I at least want it to be cold; I'm in my townhouse burning
up. I made dinner tonight and broke ended up a ball of
sweat because it was so hot. That only happens in the
summer. Agh!

But I feel for those dealing with the ice storm. It sucks. My
city has no real way to deal with that, so when it happens
here the entire place shuts down.
