Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Display

(Hope I posted this in the right place...) Does anyone here have phots of the display from the museum in Cleveland they'd be willing to share?

In particular I'm hoping for closeup photos of The Edge's Stratocaster - the one with the snake and skeleton painted on it. It was apparently in a 'Rattle & Hum' display case - even though it was used during ZOO-TV.

We weren't allowed to take cameras in. They made me check mine before I could enter. They also seemed to be monitoring everyone pretty closely once we were in, so there really wasn't an opportunity to sneak pictures. Sorry.

I know.

I have a fab pic of me out front, but my camera enjoyed the closet whilst I oogled the tiny pants upstairs.

I was there a month ago, and the only U2 stuff they had was MacPhisto's suit and the ZooTV stuff in the lobby. I was wildly disappointed.

The first two are mine. The rest is stuff I just collected from various websites. I can't find the guitar pic you want but I might have one more spot I can look. I went to Cleveland twice, each trip about 3 visits to the museum. Amazing stuff!

Bono's handwritten lyrics to Bad are in the case on the left side under the poster. Aside from the clothes this was the best part for me. I almost cried when I saw this case.....

I touched the sprocks on Edge's pants Security wasn't paying any attention to us

that's what I have......I'm not at home right now. I'll look on my computer for the guitar to see if I have a picture from the exhibit.

I did too, right before they closed the exhibit. The security guard said it was okay.

And I asked if I could take the "More Pricks Than Kicks" beanie home.

I've looked in every folder on my computer and all of my snapfish albums. I can't find the picture. I might not have had one to begin with.

We could only take pictures of the trabants and the big U2 picture inside. Everything else was taken by other people and I found them online. Most of them say @u2 in the corner so someone from @U2.com must have been given access to take the pictures. During one of the times I was there, someone actually took out their camera on the lower level of the exhibit and took a picture. There wasn't a security guard standing right there to have seen that happen but someone was monitoring them on a video camera. A few minutes after the flash, security came running out of nowhere asking where the flash came from.

Yes the clothes, and everything else, were the real deal. Each piece of clothing had a description on who wore it, when they wore it, and the designer.

They were the real, tiny costumes.
