U2kitten-i think it would be too much trauma for my kitty if she lived with me in a dorm. and i'd be afraid that people might be mean to her (she's a very sensitive soul). i'll have to suck it up and visit her frequently

I totally agree. My puppy is my baby. I would be utterly heartbroken if anything happened to her.

actually millie is the smallest rottweiler and she bosses the other 2 rotties, ... the 2 poodles get along with the rotties but they usually do their own thing, Vago chases butterflies back and forth while Osito plays with a rock.

My cats are being really cute right now. Beckham is chasing Posh, who keeps diving into a paper bag to hide. Then Becks runs past and her head pops up, he spots her, and attacks the bag.

Beckham has turned into such a sweet lap cat since I've returned from Africa. He loves to sit on my lap or when I'm watching TV in bed, he snuggles right up under my chin or curls up on my chest. Poshie, on the other hand, is still a little devil.

I used to have a tabby cat called Tibby(predictable name!) and it always made me laugh so much when it jumped into bags like that! Cats really are so entertaining aren't they?

It drives me crazy as i'm leaving for school my cat gives me the "big-pupil" look. Like the way Puss in Boots looks at Shrek in Shrek 2. It's heart breaking. I have to tell her to stop looking at me so i can tear myself away.

When I go to leave for work in the morning and I pick up my keys, Saki comes running over meowing He stands at the door and looks up at me, meows and then starts rubbing all over my legs Makes it hard to leave!

I have 2 cats who wait for me in the driveway like dogs. I think if I never came back they'd lay there forever and mourn like those stories you hear about dogs doing that. People don't give them enough credit. They are smart and full of love My best friends

Saki and Beckham ARE twins!

Beckham howls every night when Phil stops by after work b/c now he's used to Phil feeding them dinner while I was in Africa. He first howls at me and I ignore him until he shuts up. Then Phil will stop over and he howls non-stop until we give him a treat or something.

Posh is so funny b/c she loves to be near people. If I'm home alone and I go upstairs for a while, she'll freak out and all sudden start crying/meowing so loud until Beckham and I find her. When she was a tiny kitten, she'd do this when I was laying down in bed so she couldn't see I was there from the floor and she'd cry and cry until I'd pick her up and set her on the bed.

I just got an upsetting e-mail from one of my friends She is a cat lover and one of her cats became ill suddenly today

They got the cat to the vet and the vet diagnosed the cat with cardio miopathy, lack of blood flow to the heart. Busy (the cat) is still getting fluids and medication to try to increase her blood flow, so it's still touch and go. If she recovers, they can put her on medication to try to help it, but the vet said another attack is bound to happen eventuallly

Please say a prayer for Busy the cat. My friend's had her since she was 5 weeks old.
