Ok, arm update:

I still cant straighten it out
But I can move it more, slightly....and it's out of the sling, so thats a good thing.

I think I can move it because the swelling has gone down a touch

The bruise is developing more but i noticed that I had a bruise on either side of my arm and now the one at the front is sort of making its way round to the back, to meet the other one...which tells me its bruised riiiight through my arm

The cut is clean though, so I dont suppose there's any need for bandages or things like that.
