I FINALLY HAVE "BONO IN CONVERSATION"

Woohoo!

I haven't been on lately because I've been reading nonstop.

I have to say, the man just.... amazes me (I can't even put it into words). He's so intelligent and articulate, very well versed in the world and politics .... and yet so down to earth and funny. Some of the activism/political stuff went over my head, but I still found it extremely fascinating to read.

The part that really made me laugh was Bono explaining how he had lived in Dublin all his life and he still couldn't find his way around.

I swear, I've lived in the same city for almost thirty years, and yet I still get lost. I have a terrible sense of direction.

It amazes me the depth of pain people can cause each other. I would never ever wish this kind of hurt on anyone; not even him. I can't stand just sitting down and crying and feeling sorry for myself though; I really need to have someone to talk to or something else to do.
