They're coming to Vancouver on Oct. 11th. :hmm: That could be fun! Tix go on sale on Friday. I'll have to talk to my best friend, because she is love with Brandon Flowers, and I know she'd love to see them in concert.

VP thats awesome about The Killers. :hyper: I never managed to get tickets for them over here. :grumpy:

Hey if anyone is around. Don't think im gonna stay for long. I got sent home from work today due to bad womens problems. Was in so much pain i started crying at work :reject::lmao:

Am listening to Wake Up.

Oh, I heard on the radio a while ago that SN have announced their tour dates. They're playing Toronto Jan 20th, at a pretty small venue, 2,000 seats (the same place I saw the Gilmour show) and tickets range from $55 to $95  They go on sale in a week.

Going pretty good. Nothing overly interesting to report as of yet. :D

The Orpheum is a pretty decent sized theatre. I don't know how many seats it has though. I saw Rob Thomas there a few months ago, and even though I thought our seats were gonna be super far back, they were actually fabulous!

I sent my best friend an email about it, so I'm sure we'll chat later tonight. I'd love to see them in concert! I tried to win tix when they were here about a year ago or so, because one of my favourite bands was opening for them.

Whoops, what am I thinking?! I saw Rob Thomas at the Queen E. The Orpheum is good too. I actually performed there with my choir 6 years ago. :reject:

That's pretty pricey for Supernova tix!

Hmm. SN is playing here at the Queen E in February. That's too much money to see them, I think. I'll wait to see who wins first, before I would even think about spending that much.

But that's kinda cool that they're actually coming here!

There's actually an internet presale on right now.

Tix are 95, 75 and 55....couldn't get any 55, but 75 and 95 came up. Judging by the quality of the song last week, that's a bit more than I'm willing to pay. :tsk:

*watches ES* Another one of those random thoughts occurred today... I've been watching the Best of dvd for the first time in at least a month, and the question arose for the first time - "What did Ann think when she saw the Electrical Storm video for the first time?" We know Larry jokes the guys gave him a 'porno' (that vid) for his birthday, but still

Kool Haus.. bit of a pain to get there :| Still, something to think about...

I can't believe I got them! It was the presale, so there wouldn't even be that many available. My computer screwed up and so I didn't get in till a minute or two after it started. Then about two or three minutes later, I was able to get a single for Sarah's friend. I think the announcement came suddenly, and it wasn't widely publicized.

 I've never thought of it that way before. I just enjoy it for what it is. But that's a good point!

SN will cost me 85 or 95. That's way too expensive. If there were a third option that was lower, I might consider it. Since I'll probably be going to several concerts already this fall, and I'm going to Hawaii, and doing a few other things, it's a definite no.

I even checked out tickets for their *huge* Vegas show, and I could have gotten floors for $100 apiece. And I'm sure they would have been on sale for hours now...

Just got 2 $55's up...think I'll pass, anyway.

She probably figured "it's his job  "

That's cool that you got tix for The Killers!

As of right now, the ones I will be getting tix for, or am seriously considering are Great Big Sea and Kanye West (at the same event), RHCP, and The Killers. Plus, there will most likely be several hockey games as well. Mmmm... it's gonna be a costly fall!
