Yes, I'm safe! And the wedding was amazing.
Sorry it took so long to reply, I'm downloading the new version of itunes and it's making my computer really slow.

Sad_Girl said:Hi VP How are you tonight? Besides distracted, I mean
(Not that I'm not guilty of vanishing from the thread myself )
VintagePunk said:Sami, seriously, I don't think you have any idea how gorgeous you are - I'm talking model gorgeous. In fact, you're a lot more attractive than most models out there!
And Sarah hates you now.
sami0201 said:So anyway, how are you all?
sami0201 said:
Wow thank you!
I wish the modeling agencies though that. I tried it a few years ago.
Well tell Sarah that both of you are hottt as well.

Awwww!!! That was really nice of him.

I know! I love him.
Can you please just edit his message.
sami0201 said:The airport was alarmingly normal. We were only in line for security for maybe 10 minutes, and they were saying on the news to get there 3 hours early!! So we were sitting in the airport for hours. The only thing that was different was that we were running late (I can't really understand why though, it might have been totally unrelated) and that before we boarded 2 national guards and 2 police men went onto the plane to inspect it I guess. Then I felt better.
On the flight towards the end, every time someone would go into the bathroom and take a long time I started to get nervous. But it was alright.

Done. And, I know you do.
Sarah and I were just talking about you and her having the older man thing in common.
Sad_Girl said:VP - I will let you know how the interview goes on Monday I'm really excited about how the novel is coming along, but I also realize it will take a long while to get from finishing the manuscript to publication, if that ever happens at all, so the possibility of having a full time job for five months out of the year and the rest of the time to write is just perfect for me *fingerscrossed*

We all know I'm the biggest chicken ever but if I were ever gonna fly, I think now would be a good time.
What worries me is this - at our last meeting, S made a comment about me having to know the stats involved in my study really well, in the event that I should ever have to present it at a conference. Conferences generally take place really far away, and if it ever comes to that, I'm going to feel like a complete idiot admitting my phobia to him. Can't I just be a psychologist within driving distance?
