These are great!
I was ten miles away when these pix were taken - now I kick myself for not going. ("U2? Isn't that Gary Power's spy plane?" Sheesh).
But it's fun to see the band and recognize the hills in the background. Those are *my* hills.
Isn't it odd to see a place you know and see people you care about but have never seen in person...and they're in the same picture?
Next time the boys are in town (a long drive from the middle of nowhere) Lord willing I'm getting tickets for my daughter and myself and we're going! See you there, PLEBAns! <already dancing to the music>
