Hi rebel!

From the last thread
Larry in his Hannover shirt.

How's the puppy, DG? :cute: Sorry, i can't remember her name. :reject: Oh! Farrah/Farah, right? :hyper:

It's Farrah. She's great. A lil chunky girl with a sweet personality. She's even feistier than Phoebe! Phoebe absolutely adores her and mothers her. Felix is indifferent to her, and Finn likes to lick her ears and pick her up in his mouth. Farrah likes it when he does the first thing, the latter not so much.

Wow, I slept through the creation of a new thread??

aaawwww :hug::hug:

*hands The Edge a cuppa expressso, and some ginseng*
"my bud is having a very, very bad day - you gotta pay her a visit. K?"

*hands E his personal transporter device*

:D

:hug::hug:

Thank you! Edge + coffee fixes everything!

Decided not to go out. I'm not super hungry, and I'd rather just stay in anyway.

I went looking in my cookbook cupboard to get some meal ideas, and found a book on alcoholic drinks I'd totally forgotten I had. SO many delicious ideas in here! There are 1300 recipes in it.

Now THAT is my kind of cooking!

Yeah, I'll probably go in a few weeks when I run out of cat litter, or something.

I didn't hear about Jorge's new show, how awesome for him! :)

"When I run out of cat litter" is pretty much my shopping schedule, too!

Omg, I'd pay money to see that!! :lmao: Glad she's mostly fitting in.

At first, he'd just flat out pick her up when he first saw her. Now that he knows she doesn't like it, he's sneaky. He'll sniff her and lick her ears for awhile, and when she's not expecting it, he just picks her up. :lmao: Poor baby, she cries like she's traumatized by it.

Hope your day gets better MTE. Girls, tell her why she needs to come to Montreal. I have been trying to convince her!

Omg, that's making me laugh SO hard! I'm just picturing poor Farrah, and the indignity of it all! Poor girl.

I normally skip over BTBS in DVD's, since I'm so utterly sick of that song, but I watched it tonight. Near the end of the song, Bono comes back onstage in a different outfit, and there are these green infrared circles or whatever on the screen, and they're all circling IT! Like, seriously circling it. :giggle: That is awesome.

it's like the universe is predicting the future

Two things: first, I'm watching Hannover again, loud. My neighbours are drinking on their porch, laughing and cackling like loons. I know funny, and nothing is *that* funny. The sad part is, I could be sociable and go out and join them, but no, I think I'll just sit here and roll my eyes at them and quietly be critical, because that's how I roll, apparently.

Secondly, I'm being all healthy girl these days, with the stretching and trying to eat better, and all that junk. But I feel guilty that I only had a sandwich. And, when I'm drinking, I usually feel better the next day when I have a small snack before bed. With all that in mind, I just made my snack for later - spinach! I'm having spinach as my after drinking snack tonight!

Ever get the feeling that you're crossing the boundary from normal person neuroticism into crazy person territory? :shifty:

I ran across that boundary a long time ago. :shifty:

Occasionally. :giggle: I wouldn't count spinach as a crazy person thing, though.

On the Zoo Sydney dvd??

Yup.

RTSS into Streets now. :combust: x about a bazillion. One of my favourite transitions.

I think I might barf if I did that.

We don't drink tap water here - it's vile and may or may not cause cancer and ebola and polio. And we only have about 1/3 gallon of water left. Who's going to the store. 1-2-3-NOT IT!

I've avoided listening to stuff from this leg for the most part because it's a painful reminder of what I missed and why I missed it. I mean, I love, love, love hearing about Wild and Jem's experiences and I'm nothing but thrilled for them. But seeing videos, a reminder that I should have been in Athens...well I just can't really handle that right now. :reject: I did watch a video of HMTMKMKM from Athens and it wasn't as painful as I expected. Good sign, right?

I'm strange. Heh.

 Because of the spinach, or just eating period?

Our tap water is awful, too. For years I bought bottled, but then I started getting all environmental and money conscious, so I switched back to Brita filters. That takes away the yucky, and I don't have to put out my recycling box every week without fail.

nah - totally get it!
Watching anything from Elevation tour is bittersweet for me.

Spinach :barf:

We have a big 5 gallon water cooler, like some ppl have in their office, in our kitchen.

I love that the salute he did during RTSS(or was it BTBS? It's been awhile since I watched) and the colors of the flares was a tribute to his bodyguards experiences in Vietnam.

Ha! :hi5: Spoken like a true cat owner.

I meant to mention earlier, you said you had a bad day. Anything you'd like to vent about? We're good listeners.

Aww, thanks! Long story short, it was a LONG day, I was sick for most of it, and my sister is a total psycho. But now there are pornographic Bono pics, so things are looking UP!

OMG, I would pay for my cats to start doing that to each other!

Hope your day gets better MTE. Girls, tell her why she needs to come to Montreal. I have been trying to convince her!

Thanks! It's not like I take much convincing! :D Just have to come up with the money!

Well, I'll be there. If that isn't reason enough(even though MTE hardly knows me), I don't know what is.

Works for me!

The quiet eyeroll is an underrated hobby! And to the last sentence- every day!

BTBS - RTSS - Streets on ZooTV Sydney is pure effing heaven.

Best BTBS ever.

EVAH!!!!!!!

Seriously. I have the fucking chills. Serious goosebumps here. I'm not so much a fan of Bullet any more, because it was SO overdone during Vertigo, but I can definitely see myself liking it again in a few years. RTSS into Streets however will be one of my favourites ever. GUH!
