PGP: Saluting Right Back at Bono

In a few years, I can see a "Behind the Music" sort of show. The early days, when it was part of the band and everything was peachy. It would appear from time to time, but was mostly content with being a member (lolz). Fast forward to now, when the discontent and the appeals for independence start...wanting to be more visible - nay, insisting on it! - wanting to have its own voice. Then the solo era...it'll be the toast of the town, at all the best parties, everyone vying for a piece of it. Then...a tragic downfall

I have to admit that before he found it on the street, I really felt bad for the guy. I was caught up in the story.

I left to have a quick shower, didn't want to leave it too late and wake myself up right at badtime.

Yep, I've been dealing with it for almost two years. I've seen numerous doctors and specialists, been on many medications, had every test in the book done, and even went away to another city for a special test, and they can't find anything. It's very frustrating but I've had no choice but to try and live with it. I experience the vertigo everyday on and off. Some days are worse then others. It's basically a dizziness sensation.

Yeah, gah, I just got this new hardwired ones installed a few weeks ago, they're plugged right into the electrical system, so I can't even take the battery out. This is the 3rd time they've gone off since I've had them, but admittedly, the first two times were due to smoke from cooking, not just steam. All three go off together, and the upstairs one has a voice that says "FIRE! FIRE! GET OUT OF THE HOUSE!" Scares the shit out of me.

You have one that actually talks?! Oh my god that's awesome! It would scare the shit outta me too!

It's actually Fred Schneider solo - it's not on any B-52s album.

That's all I know about it - I don't even know if it was ON an album, or if it was just a single.
