Plods in

day-um I have this rash that i'm almost postitive is mostly becaiuse of the anxiety i had b/c of eye-e xmain. on my upper belly, left side [ where I lean forword when i work} OUCH painful[ that skin is sensitive and when your muslces move!]

gotta get more asprin. {has med-powder at home.

The eye exmain went well!

Next week to fine-tune the prescription for new glasses.

It's funny how i can't endure & function with some pains that are not as bad [on a scale] but in a more senstive or active place vs other pains that are worse but yet not as disrupting on my physcial activites....
this is one beach......

now i'll have to figure out all over again which glasses i like [from a different glasses place]
