I wish I had some good advice, but I suppose all I can say is keep your expectations low so you won't get hurt. It's miserable advice, I know, but it seems they have no intentions of changing, so you should live your life and all that jazz, and if things work out for meetings and stuff from time to tme, than yay. I love all the albums. The early ones are different to the stuff they do now but so awesome. Also love though, Final Straw, Hundred Million Suns!! If you're going off prices just get which ever is cheapest at the time, I love them all.

So I have more joy for the thread. FIrst I received an email from seetickets who screwed up my Tired Pony gig. ( Don't mess with me seeing Irish people. )

Hope this makes sense, taken from facebook:

Seetickets ( the ticket company ) sold tickets for 2 shows ( the early performance and the late one I was going to!!! ) There was only one actual show!! Some people had bought for the 1st one and some people ( me ) had bought for 2nd show Its still sold out, I have still got a ticket, but seetickets are sorting out where people are sat who are being transferred from later show to earlier show. I should find out in next few days. All i know is I am in upper front balcony, compared to 4th row for later show. Waiting to see if I am allowed to leave work early ( would have to leave 3 hours earlier! ) Sent a request for leaving work early to our room manager today

Hope that makes some sense. How can they put a show on sale that was never gonna happen.

Then on way out of work I fell down the stairs

me too. The clumsy bit and the hoping you and Wild have way too much fun together.

Phase two of messing with the ex will commence soon. Dave barely knows what Tré Cool looks like. He doesn't know what Tré looked like before Green Day got famous. And he certainly doesn't know what I can do to a picture of Tré, old or young, in photoshop. I'll be sure to introduce my new boyfriend Frank to you all before I show him to Dave.

I'm such a doofus. I'm organizing a lunch tomorrow at a really nice Italian restaurant for one of my co-workers who is starting her maternity leave. I totally forgot to make the reservation and set up the orders, etc. before I left work tonight, so I had to do that all from home. Good thing I have access to my work email/files from my home computer, otherwise that could have been a bit of a disaster, as my morning is completely all booked up, and I wouldn't have had time to do it then.
