OT...I need MP3 conversion help!

Okay, I know someone must know this!

How do I convert a Real Player file to a WindowsMedia file? Originally, the files I burned onto a CD started out a WinMedia files, but somehow got converted, and now I can't find another copy of Big Girls are Best on Morpheus!
