Well, seeing as the last meeting sank like a stone, I will try again. I must really suck as Chair if I can't keep this going!

C'mon gals, we don't want THIS to happen:

Edge eagerly switched on his computer to check on how his orgasmatron club was doing. He was so excited the day it started...FINALLY some attention for him! He would have to personally kiss every girl he saw wearing an orgasmatron shirt.

But to his dismay.....the thread was gone, as quickly as it had come up. His sad green eyes welled up with tears and his nose became red. "sob! sob! NOBODY LOVES ME!!!", he cried. "And the LEATHER club has millions of posts and at least 3 meetings! And everyone likes Larry's club best! And Sparky...well he has legions of fans! They even compare him to fluffy bunnies! What about ME!!!" Edge slammed his laptop shut in disgust and contemplated quitting the band or throwing himself into the river. After all no one would notice....

No girls, we can't let this happen to our boy!!

So, today's agenda:

1) Can we re-schedule the Edge chat?

2) Your dream date with Edge. Where would you take him? What would you cook? What would you say?

3) If you could mix and match each era to create the perfect Edge, what would you choose?

1)Yes I think we should reschedule the Edge chat. I wasn't around all weekend, but I probably will be this week. The next few weekends are gonna be bad for me though...

2)Perfect Edge dream date?!!! I would have to write this out in detail!! I've always thought about it, so I'll try. I don't know, I'd wanna do so many things- Hey! I mean before we actually get to the bedroom you dirty gals!

Um, eat at a really cool restaurant- like Thai food or something foreign (I can't cook)! Then, go to an art museum, or sightseeing, or the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Yeah that'd be cool. Just so we could talk about everthing. I don't know what I'd say...I would just want to listen to him talk.

Then we'd go someplace private where he'd serenade me and I'd reward him afterwards. Haha, wooo! I couldn't resist!
Anyway, the perfect date changes every so often, so this'll do for now.

3) Hmm, mix and match any era? That's a good question... I think I'd mix the AB and Zooropa era w/ the present era. Aw heck, throw in som Pop era clothes too. Just for good measure. Sweet...

Ok girls, just so Edgie Wedgie Poo Poo (winks at Disco) doesn't feel left out I have officially entered him into the realm of "Little Edge" speculation, although from the picture it doesn't look that little! *blushes and runs away to take a cold shower*

2.) Wow! My dream date with Edge! What a great question... LEts see.. It would probably be somehting very simple, being I'm a pretty simple girl.. Probably just dinner and drinks.. I always saw myself becoming good friends with Edge. Then we would gradually fall in love... We would spend all night talking about music, politics, anything really...

3.) Mix and match Edge's huh? I really liked the JoshuaTree/Rattle and Hum Edge with the long hair and the ripped jeans.. So, I would mix that with the current Edge... I think he looks better than ever now!!! Like I said before I'm a pretty simple girl..

Well, my dream date would be to just LISTEN to him talk for hours on end about ANYTHING, and, of course, play the guitar for me-SWOON!!!!!!

I can't cook, so it would just be 'straight to dessert'!

My favorite Edge look would be Joshua Tree combined w/ now. I think now he looks at his all time best. Love it even better than long-haired Edge!!

Well, in the interests of bumping this up and participating in my own question, here's my answers to the agenda items.

1- Edge chat. How about this weekend, girls? Maybe Sat or Sun night?? If it's Sat, it would have to be after 10 eastern, because I have a family dinner to go to. Sunday it can be any time. Let me know!

2- Perfect Edge combo. This is a hard question actually...I think I would pick the right now Edge, with the lovely ripped JT/RH era jeans. mmmmmmm. I also loved the early Edge, so sweet and innocent. And smoke free! I'd pick some of that too.

3- Edge date. If I were having him over for dinner, I'd start with mini phyllo/spinach/red pepper/feta pizzas. I'd also make my REALLY AWESOME cheese souflee and salad w. hommemade croutons. For dessert I'd make Coffee Toffee pie, which is basically coffee whipped cream chocolately stuff on a chocolate crust. It's divine. All of this would be washed down with champagne of course.

If we were going out for dinner, I might take him to this quiet, out of the way italian restaurant I know. Either way, there'd be candles to make his pupils grow dark.

Then I'd take him to the ballet, preferably to Romeo & Juliet. A man as intelligent and sensitive as the Edge would appreciate the arts. Finally, I would definitely take him out to the Reservoir Lounge for drinks and dancing.

After that....well, I'll leave it up to your imagination... *sigh*
