OCTOBER POETRY

Hello, gals!

I've been feeling kinda melancholic this day.
Maybe because tomorrow is my Birthday.

You know, today was cloudy but hot. I guess summer is still holding on.
But Fall and October are here...
I wrote this an hour ago. Hope you like it. Though is a little depressive.


Welcome back October

Autumn is blooming
in a season so gloomy

The wind whispers softly this night
by day
it blew with strenght a lonely kite in the sky

The flowers start to wither
and their petals get pulverized
the sky torn into a deep gray
and by this I get mesmerized

I feel so much sadness
I feel so much peace
I feel so much loneliness
that October just can't cease

A Walk in Autumn

worn anew and welcomed as an old friend
this woolen comfort and warmth of mine.
with the brisk wind comes my rosy cheeks
and a countanence of joy.
the disappointment of a leaf not crunched
underfoot along this dirty path.
hair tucked in and fingers too
walking with my thoughts of you.
ushered along with a simple song
its autumn, love, what took so long?

What do I care?

October
and kingdoms rise
and kingdoms fall
but you go on...
