I just went ot the Liberty Metal site and the bit about Torture was still IN the speech

Whoever wrote that did not realize that the clip on the Liberty Medal page was a quicky edited clip and was never meant to be the whole speech. It is obvious from the beginning of the clip that it is just hitting the highlights. The ABC site had the full speech in their clip all along so the constitution center just redid the page to make it obvious which was the full version.
