You could start with just wiping her down with a wet washcloth with a just a little bit of very mild soap, no perfumes or dyes, just make sure you go over her again to get the soap off. Then of course dry her off thoroghly after. That should help.
 
My sister, Ellen, and I gave her a bath yesterday. She didn't like it of course, but she's all clean and fresh now. Hopefully we won't have to do that again for a LONG time.
