Photoshop. I'm not really an expert, took me almost an hour to figure out how to put an animation over a still image

Thanks, they are cool! We love collecting stuff like this, they make good sigs too! I have that gif of them walking by on the red background, I tried to use it as a sig before but the mods said it was too big and I didn't know how to reduce its resolution. Mr. Lemon made that for us several years ago. It's cool how you were able to incorporate it into the new sig/banner. I don't know how to put gifs on top of things using photoshop. Very good!
