My first gig!!!

Ok, it?s not U2 related, but I have to tell someone.

I?m going to play my first gig next Friday night. Our band is now 2 weeks old and we have a gig in 4 days.

I gonna have to practise my Adam-moves:

look cool
be cool
chin up in the air

It was great. There was a crowd of about 300 and they loved it

aww, sorry girls, but being a rock star is a full time job

I asked my dear hubby to take soem pics of us, but he only took 1!!!! Hope this one pic of this historic event is going to turn out nice.

I?ve been trying to get my band mates to play some u2 songs. I started to play NYD once and the drummer joined in (good boy

), but our guitar player didn?t wanted to play it.

Anyway, I?m going to play One with my other band (yep - I?m in two bands). When we met last week for the first time, they asked me what I can play and of course I said: I know a few (*coughs) U2 songs and they said, ok, let?s play One then. That sounds more like it.

I hope that we are going to play in front of an audiance again soon, because it?s really cool.
