How do you do it?????

must know

PM me please either Lise or Bonochick

It all depends on the program you have.
I used a program that came with my scanner called Adobe Photoshop elements. In order for me to make a gif image of a clip in one of the U2 videos, I have to have the stills of that particular clip. You could also make a gif image using any pics like the one I did for Sula. First you have to save the images you want to use in pdf or acrobat touchup image form. Since most of my pics are either in bmp or jpeg form what I do is using this program I open the pic, click file, then save as and choose Acrobat touchup image or pdf. Do this with all the pics you want to use.
Next, open the 1 st pic (in pdf form) then open the 2nd pic and use the move tool to put it onto the 1st image and close the 2nd image because you already have that image in the 1st pic. Continue to do this with all the pics you want to use. Then in file click save for web. Make sure to put a check on animate and loop and select the seconds that you want the image to move in. Then click ok and save it as a gif image.
It's complicated and took me 2 days to figure how to do this.
In another post Phuzzie provided this explanation and although it isn't exactly the same as my program it helped me to figure out how to do it. Here's the link Phuzzie provided.

Wertsie, the way I make stills is by using the quicktime videos. I've downloaded some from U2.com and what I do is I pause the scene I want, click edit, copy and open paint and in there click edit and paste. Then I crop just the scene and save it as a pdf file. If you want a sequence from a video you pause it and do as I explained (edit, copy and open paint and in there click edit and paste) then click play again and quickly pause, etc.
