The bad news is that he actually stayed out on the red carpet for a whole eff'in hour to sign autographs and take pictures with fans.

...The good news, however, is that I know were Viggo's staying!

As for the pictures, I'm not really sure where it's from, lol. It's one of those random pictures you find while searching google and you save and then forget about.
