Hat = Adam or Edge
Eyes = Adam/Lars
Cheeks = Edge/Bono
Chest = Bono/Lars
Stomach = Edge/Adam
Bits = Bono/Lars
Knees = Edge/Bono
Left foot = Adam

I believe those are Adam's pants around his ankles. He's like a three-year-old. You can't keep clothes on him. Although now I'm intrigued into how much boredom/alcohol went into this little project
