Mirror Ball Man - Help!

I need help.

I'm writing a dissertation about the archetypes of the Rock and Roll stage and presently am working on a chapter about Bono as MacPhisto and Mirror Ball Man. Have found lots of info on Mac, but not so much on the Mirror Ball Man.

So, all comments, suggestions, leads on useful articles, photos and etc., of Bono as the Mirror Ball Man would be eternally and gratefully appreciated.

I have lots more, just have to upload them when the computer is fast enough.

Mirrorball Man was from what I've read a parody of an American used car salesman, TV evangelist, and some kind of showman. That's why he was thought to not work well with the European audience and was replaced by MacPhisto for that part of the tour.
