Happy Birthday, Edge!

Hi PLEBA!

On this day, 8 August, 43 years ago, a wonderful ray of Light and Love who has become known to the whole world simply as the Edge, was born. :wink:

And as I'm sure this quiet, sweet man with a smile that can melt hearts is our favorite Rock guitarist and one of our most beloved members of U2, I would like for us to COME TOGETHER and wish the Edge the BEST BIRTHDAY EVER full of all the Love and Joy that his heart can hold! :up:

Edge has given us some of the most MEMORABLE musical moments of our lives. For me, I will always be most moved by his beautiful guitar playing on WOWY.

But Edge has also given us a BRILLIANT example of what it TRULY means to be a Friend and a team member.:yes:

Edge has always been there to support his bandmates, especially Bono, in his personal life and humanitarian endeavors.

He is also a GREAT dad and husband - a REAL family man.

And I just wanted to add a few quotes that Edge (and hopefully all of us here) will find interesting and maybe inspiring.
