I love the letter he wrote on u2.com. Good job Larry!

I like that he took the time to write that letter to the fans, apologising for the snafu and talking about the steps they're taking to correct it. Some folks wouldn't do that, afraid of losing face or having too much hubris to admit that they're wrong. But a real man* admits his mistakes and does his best to fix them. Larry is no poser; there's far more to him than just a pretty face and a sense of rhythm.

I just started grinning widely when i read this FANTASTIC news!

It is truly the most cheering&happy news to have read on the U2 news front, since the ticket chaos. I echo every single thing you say Sue DeNym! It so touched me to hear him say that the situation makes him angry too!
