i got a bit bored with it and wanted a user name related to U2.

Hi there! Gotta try and remember your new username!! I've been thinking too about changing my user name to 'MsBono' (I mean, 'hcbiggs2002' too boring for words! ) coz at the time when I joined, and Interference was the first ever message board I became a member of, I thought you had to use the same user name as your e-mail address! Had I known at the time that you could chose any name you wanted, so long as it wasn't already being used, I would've gone with 'Ms Bono' right from the start!!
