For me it would have to be the crescendo in "BAD". He is so quiet thruout the song, and then he just carries the rhythm and the heartbeat of that song to the end.

I love watching Edge and Adam groove to his drumming when they play the song live.

Kickass fav part...Like a Song! What an animal.

Heart-rending fav part...WOWY Near the end...when he starts in with the tambourines or whatever that is...you know the bit. (4:30 into the track. lol)

Hmm... a little odd fav maybe but when he picks up the tambourine and plays it by hand (or at least it sounds like he does) is a favorite of mine. In UV at the end for example.
There are many, many more parts, I love his drumming.
