When Geldof was up for it for Live Aid, they gave it to Deng Xiao Ping -- someone ought to check the spelling on that. I'm still mad as hell. See, you just have to have made the greatest impact, good or bad, which accounts for some of the other candidates.

So it should be The Bon, not just because he's The Bon, but because the winner should be someone who is working toward good in the world.
