Hi Gals! Long time, huh?

Hey hun! Welcome back, ya know I got exactly the same problem as you did, and when I asked just randomly what it was to someone, they said it was because we hadnt had the right updates since we reformatted our comp! So i dunno if thats true but it works now anyway!
But welcome back again anyway!
