Mastoid process is the little divot in either side of your skull where the muscles you use to turn your head is attached. It also has two more attachment points on the corresponding clavicle as well as the sternum.

Not the mouth, so probably not the mandible, maxilla, or the masseter (cheek) muscle...

The external auditory Meatus (ear)?
