Looklooklook: I made these stills this afternoon and almost fell off my chair when I realized this part of the EBTTRT Remix vid:

And what I just realized: Bono's boobs in the very first stills are so fake made - me wonders why the ballons didn't burst when Adam grabbed them!!

No problem. Okay, throughout the AB video there are clips of the band being interviewed on RadioOne (pics of Bono and clean-shaven Edge are from those scenes) and at the very end of the interview Edge starts talking about how on the World Service he had been watching this show about owl droppings. As he starts talking about the documentary, there is a cut to a clip of him in a swamp or something (the color pic of Edge with goatee, beanie and red flannel) and this owl screeches and flies past. Edge completely stops, turns and let's out this amazing Wow, followed by, "That's the barred owl." Then cut back to the studio where Edge finishes the story of the owl droppings and says, "Now you'd never find that on a pay channel, let's be honest," and the interview ends very soon after. It's a very cute scene.
Anyway, a few Fridays ago I explained what the owl droppings thing is all about but it's pretty gross, so I kind of don't want to get into it again. You can check out two or three Edge days back if you're really that interested.

And everyone, buy this video!!!! There are so many classic moments.

everytime i see some stills, more often than not i have no memory of those things happening in the videos. i recognize a few of these shots, most of them actually, but what's the owl thing? i must have missed that part or somehting, wierd...i think a trip to the video rental store is in order over thanksgiving break...
