You can see both Eli and John in the picture from this past summer, with Ali on the dock. Eli's the dark-haired one, and John is the smallest one with the blond hair (and the round tummy like his dad )

I think that Eve, particularly in that picture of them leaving the theatre, looks very much like a teenage Bono, especially with those very blue eyes in contrast to the dark hair.
