It's Ali with (I think) Eve, according to the mag it was for the Popmart opening tour in Las Vegas.
The girl looks like the one in the car on the paparazzi pic, IMHO.

The picture of Bono and the little girls was always identified as mid-nineties (1994?) which would look appropriate as to the size of Jordan and Eve.

I also think that looks more like a nanny than Ali.

And the big gorgeous pic of the Hewson family on this page is from their visit to NYC in May 2004 to the Tribeca Festival.

Remember the music concert opening the Tribeca Festival where Bono came out and briefly spoke?
